Information specific to organizations hosting a state meet:
- Any organization interested in hosting its state's championship meet must submit an application, and mathleague.org will notify all applicants when a decision is reached as to who will host the state meet.
- The host organization is not required to pay a test fee for the state championship tests.
- mathleague.org will provide to the state meet hosts a list of qualified students and schools for their respective state meets. mathleague.org's determination regarding school classification or who is qualified to attend the state meet is final.
- The state meet must include a viewing period where coaches can check their students' papers for grading or key errors before the results are
announced. Neither mathleague.org nor the host organization will be held responsible for errors in grading or in the test keys after the results are announced.
